Eligibility for Reshipment or Refund: To be eligible for a reshipment or refund for misprints or holes, you must provide photographic evidence of the issue. Our customer support team will review the evidence to verify the claim. Time Limit for Reporting Issues: All claims for reshipment or refund due to misprints or holes must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
