Question 1

When will my order ship or arrive?

Accepted Answer

We process orders as quickly as possible. Our typical lead time is 1-3 business days. Tracking is provided.

Question 2

How do I apply sublimation prints?

Accepted Answer

It is your responsibility to know your craft. We use 385 degrees for 55 seconds for garments on a swing away press. Different substrates require different heat and time. You should refer to the substrate manufacturer for alternative time and temp.

Question 3

How do I care for my sublimated items?

Accepted Answer

This will vary depending on the substrate. If the completed item is sold here the care instructions are found in the item description.
