Question 1

A Brief Overview of Your Blade

Accepted Answer

"This steel, crafted to your specifications, combines 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 alloy steel through meticulous hand forging. The process involves folding and rewelding a billet multiple times, resulting in layered patterns that are further enhanced during the forge welding process. Acid is applied during sharpening to accentuate these patterns. While the steel boasts attractive layered aesthetics, its Damascus composition makes it susceptible to rust, necessitating protection measures. To maintain its integrity, a thin layer of mineral oil is recommended for preservation."

Question 2

Remote Area Shipping Charges

Accepted Answer

The customer is responsible for covering any remote area charges incurred, typically ranging from $15 to $30 depending on the address.

Question 3

Custom Duties / Custom Clearness Process.

Accepted Answer

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly require your phone number when placing your order. Occasionally, shipments might be held by customs due to unpaid import duties. In such cases, the shipping company may need to contact you directly to discuss these fees. Providing your phone number allows for easier communication and helps avoid any delays in processing your order. Please remember that you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or import fees. We are not liable for any customs-related issues or delays that may arise in your country.

Question 4

Non Refundable Condition.

Accepted Answer

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties or import fees associated with your order. This includes any additional taxes or charges levied by your home country. If your package is returned due to non-payment of customs duties, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because these are handmade, customized knives and swords, and cannot be restocked. We are also not responsible for any packages that are returned due to country restrictions on importing knives or swords. Please carefully research your country's regulations before placing an order. Since these are handcrafted, made-to-order items, all sales are final and non-refundable. This means we cannot offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
