Question 1

Q: What products do you recommend for conditioning leather bags?

Accepted Answer

Our leather is custom-tanned to withstand heavy outdoor use and requires minimal maintenance. For occasional cleaning, typically once a year, we recommend using a leather cleaner, saddle soap, or warm soap and water. After cleaning, apply a light coat of a non-oil-based leather conditioner or petroleum jelly. Avoid oil-based conditioners, as some oils can break down threads and reduce the leather's lifespan. Additionally, always clean mud, concrete, or similar debris from the leather surface with a damp cloth before it dries, as this can draw out the leather’s natural oils and affect its durability. Proper care ensures lasting quality.
