Question 1

What terminology are your crochet patterns?

Accepted Answer

I provide two separate pattern files in your download file.. one will be written in UK terminology and the other file in US terminology for your convenience.

Question 2

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Accepted Answer

Apologies but I am unable to accept returns/refunds due to the product being a download file. Please make sure you have selected the correct product before purchasing.

Question 3

What if I find a mistake in one of your patterns?

Accepted Answer

We are all human and make mistakes. If you do find an error then I am always happy to receive polite messages detailing where you feel the pattern is incorrect.

Question 4

How long have you been creating patterns?

Accepted Answer

I started knitting when I was 5 when my father taught me! I created Picture Knit sweaters for friends and family throughout my teens and young adulthood then finally opened my business in 2011 when I started selling my designs.

Question 5

Why don't you have tons of patterns available?

Accepted Answer

Due to ill health I temporarily deactivated my business in 2019, having recently relaunched I am slowly working through my older designs and revising/revamping them to bring them up to date for you so by all means bookmark my store as many more patterns will be released over the coming year.

Question 6

Can I sell items I make from your patterns?

Accepted Answer

Of course! I feel Crafters should have free license over items they create from my Tutorials/patterns. The only thing I ask is that they are not mass produced by a larger company.
