What to do if you are not satisfied with your purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days via to discuss the issue. Please do this before leaving a review. We can work out a resolution that is satisfactory for both of us.   In case we couldn't solve the problem: - Return shipment method must include a tracking number and signature upon receipt. - On the customs label should be written: "RETURN ITEM". - Item(s) must be unused and undamaged in the same condition as It was when shipped out, in the original packages and wrapping. - Upon receipt, if all parameters above are met, the purchase price will be refunded. - SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE

Please contact me and indicate that this order is a gift and will be sent to a separate address.  I will attach a greeting card with your congratulation text absolutely free.

How long does it take to process an order?

Accepted Answer

Your package will be sent within 1-2 days after payment (lead time). Please carefully fill in the delivery address. I cannot be responsible if your shipment is returned to me because you gave me a wrong shipping address. I cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address change. However, efforts will be made to assist in locating misbelieved mail.  The buyer will be expected to pay postage for redelivery attempt. Any mislabeling on my part will be at my expense for redelivery.  I cannot be held responsible for any delay due to customs.

What are the rules for caring for candles?

1. Do not leave a burning candle unattended; 2. Do not light a candle near flammable objects; 3. Do not use a candle in a draft; 4. Find the height of the wick. Cut it to the level of 0.6-0.8 cm from the level of the wax lake; 5. Store at a temperature not exceeding 26-27 degrees Celsius; 6. Avoid direct sunlight. Candles may become deformed and colors may fade; 7. Always use the candlestick; 8. Do not wash candles in hot; 9. Do not place candles near a fireplace or heater.
