Question 1

I've downloaded my order, but I can't open my files or print them?

Accepted Answer

Make sure you have unzipped or extracted the files from the .ZIP folder the files come in before attempting to use them in your program or software. The files will not open in any program until they have been extracted from the .ZIP archive.

Question 2

How do I open a .zip file?

Accepted Answer

You will need an extractor program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend WinZip (for PC users) or StuffIt Expander (for Mac users). If you are on an iphone or ipad you will need a free third party app to open .zip documents like winzip or izip.

Question 3

Does my download say it's empty, damaged, corrupted or password protected?

Accepted Answer

Your product may not have been downloaded successfully. Delete the .zip file from your computer (also emptying your recycle bin), clear your temporary internet files, and try again. If you still have problems let us know.

Question 4

Why does my image have a white background behind it?

Accepted Answer

Each clip art and stamps folder comes with two versions of each clip art, a JPG and a png format. If you have placed your image in your program and it has a white background, then you are using the JPG file. The PNG file will have a transparent background behind your image.

Question 5

How do I access my downloads?

Accepted Answer

On InspireUplift you can access your downloads by clicking purchases and reviews on your profile. Once there, click download files next to the product you want to download.
