Question 1

Custom and personalized orders

Accepted Answer

I accept personal orders. Almost all the work from my store can be personalized. You can also order the accessory in a different color and even with a pattern of your choice. To make a personal order, write to me!

Question 2

Care for painted items

Accepted Answer

In the presence of simple dirt, leather products can be wiped with a damp sponge or cloth. Do not wash them under running water and soak them! If the product gets wet, you must first wipe it with a dry cloth and leave to dry naturally. Avoid strong mechanical stress! Despite the fact that the pattern on all products is covered with protective varnish, it is still not necessary to carry them in the same pocket with metal and sharp objects. Glassware with a painting should be washed gently, manually with a soft sponge. After washing, immediately blot with a dry cloth or paper towel. Do not leave the products with the painting for a long time in the water! Do not wash items in the dishwasher! Do not use abrasive materials!

Question 3

Can I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations/changes in order are accepted within 24 hours if the order is not shipped. After your order has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number canceling/retrieving the package becomes virtually impossible. Orders with personalization (monogramming, personal inscription) are not subject to cancellation.

Question 4

Custom Fees and Duties

Accepted Answer

All custom duties are the responsibility of the recipient. The custom and duties are charged by the Border Agencies in your country, not by us. They are collected and held by them and are non-refundable. Some countries don’t charge any duties or taxes and some do.
