My files are zipped

Question

My files are zipped

Accepted Answer

If your files are received in a zipped folder ( due to size or quantity of files ) you will need a source for unzipping that folder. Most devices automatically have software/app for unzipping. If not please do a search on how to unzip folders for your particular device.
