Question 1

How will I receive my embroidery files?

Accepted Answer

All products are digital downloads. After purchase, you will receive a download link via your InspireUplift account and email. No physical items will be shipped.

Question 2

What format are the embroidery files in?

Accepted Answer

Each design typically includes a ZIP folder containing multiple machine-compatible formats, such as: PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, SEW, and more. Always check the listing for specific formats included.

Question 3

How do I unzip the downloaded file?

Accepted Answer

The files are delivered in a .ZIP format for easy downloading. To extract them: Windows: Right-click the ZIP folder → "Extract All" Mac: Double-click the ZIP file → it will automatically unzip Mobile (iOS/Android): Use apps like WinZip, iZip, or RAR

Question 4

What kind of machine do I need to use these embroidery files?

Accepted Answer

You’ll need an embroidery machine that is compatible with one of the file types included (e.g. PES for Brother machines, JEF for Janome, etc.). These files are not printable or suitable for hand embroidery.

Question 5

What software do I need to preview or edit the designs?

Accepted Answer

To view or edit the designs before stitching, you can use software such as: Embrilliance (Beginner-friendly) SewArt Wilcom Brother PE-Design or any compatible embroidery editing software.

Question 6

Can I resize the embroidery design?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but with caution. Most embroidery software can resize designs up to 10-20% larger or smaller without quality loss. For significant resizing, we recommend editing in embroidery software to maintain stitch density and accuracy.
