Question 1

Care instructions

Accepted Answer

1. DRY CLEANING. Small dirt (stain) can be removed with a soft brush or sticky clothes roller. 2. WET CLEANING. You can gently wipe the problem area with a damp cloth, then let the toy dry. 3. Question 5

Shipping terms

Accepted Answer

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Usually I send a message informing how long will it take me to prepare your order. I ship by Poczta Polska. After the order is accepted by post, delivery time is usually takes 2-5 weeks but it can take up to 2 months due to the COVID-19 and with the current events in the world. Please note, during holiday seasons shipment time increases due to the heavy workload of the postal carriers. I'll do my best to meet these shipping deadlines, but I cannot guarantee this as only the post is responsible for the shipping terms.

Question 6

How to install the mobile correctly?

Accepted Answer

1. It is necessary to install the mobile in the middle of the crib (NOT ABOVE THE HEAD, BUT ABOVE THE BABY'S LEGS), then the baby will be comfortable watching it. 2. The distance from the baby's eye to the mobile should be at least 30-35 centimeter 3. IMPORTANT! The mobile is not designed for tactile play! It performs decorative and developmental functions through an eye contact. Therefore, when installing the mobile, you must ensure that it is located out of the reach of the baby.
