Question 1

Delivery

Accepted Answer

Delivery is carried out using the Ukrainian postal service - Ukrposhta. After sending the order, you will definitely receive a track number to track the package. I will be in touch with you until the receipt of the order, you can always write to me for any question or problem with your order or its delivery.

Question 2

Sending time

Accepted Answer

Sending time depends on the condition of the painting. Since oil paints dry for a long time, it will take some time to dry and ship. If the painting is completely dry, it will be sent immediately. Please specify the date of dispatch if you need the painting urgently by a certain date.

Question 3

Packing

Accepted Answer

Each painting is securely packed, all corners are protected. I use a beautiful gift wrap with each order, so if you buy a painting for a gift - you don't have to worry about its presentable appearance and beautiful presentation - I will do it for you :)
