Accepted Answer

All files are created the same, with a transparent background, you may be viewing them on a phone, pad that displays the background as black, but this is just the preview. If your software is showing the background as black, please use a dedicated photo editing software, there are lots of free online image editing software, just google ‘FREE IMAGE EDITOR’

Question 3

WHY IS MY DOWNLOAD NOT AVAILABLE?

Accepted Answer

If you have made payment, then Etsy is still processing your order, sometimes they do their own checks which can occasionally take longer than normal, if your download is not available within 4 hours, please contact them to see what the issue is, there is nothing I can personally do with this issue as Etsy is the one that processes the orders and is in control of this side of things.

Question 4

HOW LARGE CAN I SCALE MY PURCHASED IMAGE?

As large as you would like, SVG format never looses quality as it is a Scalable Vector Graphic

Question 5

WHY IS MY PURCHASED SVG FILE A MICROSOFT FILE/INTERNET BROWSER FILE?

Accepted Answer

Your Windows computer or Mac is displaying the file as whichever software it thinks it can open it in. So, if you double click it it will just show you a preview of the file in your browser or in Microsoft, but you cannot actually do anything with it. To be able to use it, you must open up your software first i.e. Cricut Design Space and then import it/Drag it over to the software. You can ow use your SVG.

If you have made a double order of the same item, in this instance you can either choose another product that I can digitally send you, or you can request for a refund on the 2nd duplicate purchased item.
