At Shinva Limited,we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. In line with this commitment, we have developed a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Timeframe: We offer a 30-day refund period from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Options: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.

8. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.

9. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refunds.

10. Policy Changes: Shinva Limited reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We are here to assist you and ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with Shinva Limited.
