Question 1

Where Do You Ship From?

Accepted Answer

I generally fulfill my decor and clothing items from NC, USA or from Montreal, Canada as well as my location in Owen Sound, Canada. My clay pieces always ship from my home location in Ontario, Canada.

Question 2

Do You Accept Returns?

Accepted Answer

I am unable to accept returns on decor items as they are custom made on demand and ship from within the US and my physical business location is in Canada. I will make exceptions in some cases but shipping costs would be at buyers' expense, both the original and the return shipping which is pricy.

Question 3

What Happens if I Receive a Faulty Item?

Accepted Answer

Mistakes can sometimes happen and a defective item slips through quality control stage and is subsequently shipped out by my print providers. Any print errors or manufacturing defects in your received item, please reach out to me. I will have a replacement sent. I will require good clear photos of the item and issue area on it in order to process a replacement. Replacement will be same item and to same address as original order.

Question 4

Where Does Your Artwork Originate From?

Accepted Answer

Every design and pattern you see on decor and clothing began with my own original photography or digital graphic design work and often a combo of both. I do not use AI to create my designs nor do I use content that does not rightfully belong to me. So, you know that you bought a product that is unique and special and comes from the eye and hand of an independent artist!

Question 5

Have a Question? Want a Custom Item?

Accepted Answer

Please reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Colours can be altered on any design you see on a product as all artwork is my own.

Question 6

Do You Ship Elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

I am presently able to also ship to Canada, the US, Australia and Japan. Please reach out to me for UK shipping.

Question 7

Is Shipping Really Free?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping and item price are combined into one flat amount on this selling venue. Shipping for me like every other business, is NOT free, I do have to pay a carrier to ship your item. Shipping costs for my items range from $9 to $14.

Question 8

Can you Do Custom Designs?

Accepted Answer

I may be able to on a limited basis as my time schedule is generally full with crafting or painting, volunteering and other life activities. For colour alterations to existing desigsn on products in my shop, I can certainly accommodate that request.
