Question 1

Custom Duties / Custom Clearnes / Tariff - Customer Responsibility

Accepted Answer

For DHL and USPS shipping, we must have your phone number in order to process the order. Our buyers are spread across the world, and sometimes orders are held by the customs authorities in different countries due to non-payment of import duties by our buyers. Moreover, there are times when shipping companies are unable to communicate with buyers in order to discuss the payment of import duties. Therefore, we request all our valued buyers to provide us with their phone numbers/cell numbers for the smooth processing of orders. The customer is responsible for paying customs duty. We are not responsible for any loss or hold up of products in your country due to customs issues.

Question 2

Due to differences in lighting and screen display, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the images shown. However, we do our best to ensure the final product closely matches the photos. Kindly understand that, due to the handcrafted nature of these items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
