Key Features

• Food-Grade Stainless Steel: Rust-resistant, heat-safe metal construction handles high-heat deep frying without bending, melting, or corroding.

• Ultra-Fine Wire Mesh: High-density weave captures micro-particles, foam, impurities, and excess oil from soups, broths, and frying oils.

• Heat-Safe Extended Handle: Long ergonomic handle keeps hands safely clear of popping oil, steam, and direct stove heat.

• Multipurpose Kitchen Strainer: Ideal for skimming broth foam, lifting fried foods, blanching vegetables, and draining pasta or dumplings.

• Integrated Hanging Loop: Handle features a convenient end loop for quick hanging storage on kitchen racks and utensils bars.

Why Choose Our Mesh Oil Skimmer Unlike standard slotted spoons with wide gaps that miss small food crumbs or allow grease to cling to your food, this ultra-fine mesh skimmer drains liquids and oils rapidly. It keeps your cooking oil cleaner for longer while making fried dishes lighter and crispier.

Perfect For Ideal for skimming soup foam, lifting fried chicken, french fries, and tempura, blanching vegetables, straining hot pot ingredients, and clarifying stocks.
