I bought it do that I could lay on it to do floor exercises. I have a bad lower back and it provides the support around my hip area to lift them off the ground do I can do floor routines.

I didn’t know what to expect, or if this would work. But it does. It supports my backside, and makes me sit with better posture. This all helps my sciatic back.

This item is working better than all the other cushions I have used in the past. It did take 3 weeks to get it , but worth the money. Will buy this cushion again. Thank you for having this product .
