The best thing about this lantern for me is the atmosphere it creates. I wasn't looking for a super-bright security light; I wanted something soft and decorative for evenings outside. The candle-like flicker is just right for that. I usually turn it on with the rest of my patio lights and the whole area feels much more inviting.
