Great product, however the delivery took way too long. I purchased the hats as a Christmas present in the middle of November and I didn’t receive them on time for Christmas. Very disappointed in that.

Love the hate! Hated the delivery time. I ordered this hat in the middle of November as a Christmas present and did not receive it on time. The hat did not come until the last week of December or first week of January.

The shipping took a long time but it was worth the wait!

Perfect fit. My hair is down to my waist. Put my hair in ponytail and I can still wear a warm hat. LOVE it!

Nice hat, but I wouldn't buy anything else from the company selling these hats. I wanted it for Christmas, was ordered three weeks in advance, they did not respond to two emails inquiring where my order was, and I did not receive it until a month after Christmas.

I gave it to my granddaughter for Christmas. It was very well made.

Gift to my 18 year old granddaughter. Said she liked it and began wearing. College student and rides her bike on campus.

The hat is just what I wanted. The ONLY problem I had in ordering from you is that when I had a question about delivery time I NEVER received a response. It took about eight weeks to receive my hat once it was ordered, but I did not expect for it to take that long. Your customer service department is lacking

Bought as Christmas present for my 17 year old granddaughter. Have yet to get a picture from her but I loved the quality. Only down side was rather long delivery time, but definitely worth the wait.

The item is great, however it took way to long to get it and no communication from the company.

The hat was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it took 7 weeks to receive it so I didn't get it in the mail until the 3rd week in January. I was very frustrated because when I emailed for an update I never got a response. I'll never order through here again

Love the hats, hate that it took 3 MONTHS to get it. I ordered it way before time for Christmas and it came in months later.

I really love my new hat. But it took forever to get it . It took 6 weeks or longer. When I would send a message to them on their web site, I would get no reply. This company needs to work harder at customer relations.

Great quality! Best hat I ever bought myself. Looks great on my head, and I prefer it without the ponytail...and you never see the hole on top. Definitely recommended.

This was bought for a gift. My niece really likes it. The gift did not arrive for a couple of months...go figure. Needless to say I was very disappointed in that. Will not purchase from this company again!!
