The hat is nice however the time it took to get it was ridiculous. It was a Christmas present and I didn't receive it until well after Christmas. A friend also had the same issue.

The product itself is great. Customer service is horrible. I ordered the beanie 2 weeks before Christmas and it showed up Jan 11th. Emailed the company to why is didn’t show up on time never heard anything back from them.

Hat is cute. The problem is it took 2 months for it to be delivered.

I have nothing against the product but it takes 2 months to get here with NO response from them after emailing them. Not real impressed. Probably won't order from them again.

I will never order from this company again. It took over a month to get the item. Ordered early December, received end of January. No communication. Kept emailing asking about the hat but no response. Do not order from this company. Have read many other bad reviews.

The hats Are great

My granddaughters liked these but I was unhappy because thy did not arrive in time for Christmas. Didn't realize I was not ordering from USA. Took over three weeks to arrive.

I would have liked to know before ordering that it came from overseas. I ordered it for a Christmas gift, and lucky for you, it was going to be given on Christmas Day, because it was delivered about 5:00 p.m. Christmas Eve. That did not make me happy.
