I received the item yesterday. My son in law was surprised and he likes it very much. I just wished it could have been here for Christmas. Thanks again for all your help. Ingrid Custer

The mug was wrapped very securely and arrived in perfect condition. Really nice.

I didn’t realize how small it was. But the mug is fantastic. I’d purchased it again for a gift.

Very happy with item, only down side is the mug is on the small size but nonetheless it is well made and although I was concerned about what condition it would be received in the packaging was exceptional and clearly you have researched well how to best send it so that it would arrive in tact. I would recommend and will use this company again.
